Upon conducting an investigation, Artemio Castillo-Arteaga age 42 of Rochelle, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Michel Ndikubwayo, age 19 of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Travis Adams, age 35 of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Holland was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. After a short investigation it was found that a juvenile was traveling northbound on Freeport Rd.

After a brief investigation Deputies determined that the vehicle driven by Robin Piper age 63 of Dixon was traveling east bound on Flagg Rd. At this time the vehicle failed to yield, traveling through the intersection at Chana Rd, where it was struck by a second vehicle traveling north on Chana Rd driven by Edward Travis age 55 of Chana.

Edward refused EMS with minor injuries and was released on scene. Robin was issued a citation for failure to yield. Hunter was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Rte 2. After a brief investigation Deputies identified the driver as Jerry L. Dilday, age 68 of Mt. Dilday was traveling south bound, when at this time he was struck by a falling tree, sending himself and the motorcycle off the west side of the road way. During the investigation it was suspected that the offending driver, Kenneth Adams age 58 of Mount Morris, was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Adams was arrested for DUI and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

The male juvenile was also issued a citation for speeding and later released on an I-Bond. After further investigation Murisetty S. Sandeep was also issued a citation for Scott's Law. David Walker, age 40 of Sterling, for Failure to Appear. Brandon was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Bradle was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. After further investigation, Cade Kuelling, age 19 of Forreston, was placed under arrest for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Patzka had two valid warrants for his arrest, one for Kendall County and one for Lasalle County. While being placed in custody for the warrants, a baggie containing Methamphetamine was located on Patzka's person.

Patzka was transported to the Ogle County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and the two arrest warrants. Patzka was left at the jail in lieu of bond. On , at approximately 9 p. Blackhawk Road in rural Oregon. Huinker was located next to his motorcycle in the north east ditch with multiple injuries. Huinker was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. IL Route 2 for the report of a motorcycle accident. Leaf River. Deputies arrested Joan C. Stanis, 57, of Leaf River. Shearer lost control of the ATV and struck some trees; causing Shearer to be ejected. Shearer was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ogle County Coroner.

Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Monroe Center Fire and Ambulance personnel. After further investigation Anthony Brinkmeire, age 54 of Byron, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended and two outstanding Stephenson County warrants. A blue Dodge Dart was northbound on Stillman Rd when the driver DC Robert Hitchcock, age 32, of Oregon swerved to miss an animal causing the vehicle to enter the east side ditch and roll over into a field. After a further investigation Hitchcock was arrested for Failure to Reduce speedt to avoid an accident and Driving under the Influence. Hitchcok was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he posted bond and was given a July court date.

After a short investigation Deputies identified the male driver as Daniel T. O'neill, age 39 of Pecatonica. O'neill was traveling south bound on Hoisington Rd. Smalley ,48, of Rockford for Failure to Appear. Jerry A. Lane-Barry, 36, of Rockford for Failure to Appear. After making contact with the driver Mark A. Velte, age 25 of Leaf River, and conducting a short investigation, Deputies arrested Velte for Possession of 10 to 30 grams of Cannabis. Velte was then taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

After an investigation it was determined Stanley Josephitis, age 43 of Forreston, had crossed over the center line traveling westbound, striking another vehicle traveling eastbound. Josephitis was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. All parties involved in the crash refused medical treatment. After an investigation, deputies arrested Shawn Kirby age 31 of Davis Junction for disorderly conduct. Kirby was transported to the ogle county jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Cuddy was also issued a citation for improper lane usage and transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Morris PD were dispatched to an address on N. Everett St. Morris for a domestic disturbance. Beecham then traveled across the westbound lane and into the north side ditch before striking a tree.

Lee was then transported by Ashton ambulance to Rochelle Community Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. After a further investigation the driver Nathan D. Stinnett was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he posted bond and was given a June court date. Graff remains in the Ogle County Jail. Jamie Ross , 34, of Ashton for Failure to Appear. Ross was released from the Ogle County Jail and will not have to return for court.

Adams was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Upon further investigation, Bobby G Tribble age 44 of Rockford, was arrested for unlawful possession of controlled substance. Tribble was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he remained in lieu of bond. It was determining that a southbound motorcycle being driven by Mike Elvin, age 55 of Ashton, traveled off the west edge of the roadway.

The motorcycle then overturned multiple times before coming to rest in the west ditch embankment. Mike Elvin and a passenger on the motorcycle, Carla Elvin, age 44 of Ashton, also fell from the motorcycle as it overturned. River Drive in reference to a property damage crash. Anderson was also issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage.

Anderson was transported to the Ogle County Sheriff's Department and held in lieu of bond. Morris, for Bad Checks. Michelle Donoho, age 23 of Dixon, for Failure to Appear. Michael Iozzo, age 52 of Byron, for Failure to Appear. Smitham was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Andrew received multiple injuries due to the crash and was transported to KSB Hospital. Michael was also charged with D. Alexandra Schaefer , 27, of Rochelle for Motion to Increase bond. Schaefer did not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the block of S. After an investigation, the driver, Jared S. Mon was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Brown refused medical attention and was transpoprted to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond. Diehl, age 23 of Polo, for Failure to Appear. Enedino Chavez, age 40 of Sterling, for Failure to Appear. Two injured males were located near the intersection and they were provided medical attention by Oregon EMS. It was learned that the offenders had left the scene prior to law enforcement arrival.

At approximately p. Deputies located the offenders' vehicle as it traveled southbound on Chana Rd. After further investigation Amber Koeller, age 26 of Chana, was taken into custody for Obstructing a Peace Officer and 2 counts of Battery. Also taken into custody was Steven Dodson, age 41 of Chana.

Deputies later located Patrick Christenson, age 27 of Chana, and he was charged with 2 counts of Battery. Also arrested was Stephanie Mcglinn, age 27 of Byron, for 2 counts of Battery. All offenders were held at the Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond. Diehl was subsequently charged with Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution.

Diehl was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Amber Keener, age 34 of Dixon, for Failure to Appear. Martin will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Michael Smith, age 27, of Polo for D. Smith will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Deputies located the subject, Joseph Kielsmeier, age 33 of Mount Morris whom was subsequently taken into custody for Resisting a Peace Officer and an outstanding Ogle County warrant.

Kielsmeier was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Investigation by Deputies revealed that a west bound vehicle driven by Rebecca Spring, age 32 of Davis Junction, went off the north side of the roadway and overturned. Spring and her two minor children were transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Rockford. All of the injuries appeared to be non life threatening. Meyer remains in the Ogle County Jail. Johnson was arrested by Deputies on Rte. Johnson was held in lieu of bond at the Ogle County Jail.

Robin Weatherall, age 30 of Rockford, for Failure to Appear. Jose Deleon, age 38 of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Christian Rivas, age 31 of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Lanark Road. Myers was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. Both were transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Mccaslin was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. After an investigation, it was discovered the vehicle had driven into the corn field several hundred yards.

Castillo was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond. Sheldon Wheaton, age 38, of Rockford for Failure to Appear. Kyle Lowe, 30, of Oregon for Failure to Appear. Lowe remains in the Ogle County jail. Hinckley recieved a bond reduction for his Failure to Appear warrant. McCarty was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. After an investigation it was learned that Hannah M Repass, age 19 of Mt Morris, struck the rear of the vehicle that was in front of her.

Repass refused all medical treatment and her vehicle was removed from the scene by Blake's Towing. The second vehicle was driven by Connie L. Blake, age 69 of Mt Morris. Rasa was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond. He was also cited for speeding. Mclain was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
